Creative Arts Therapy
Creative Arts Therapy, to me, is where healing and creation intertwine… a gentle meeting place between the seen and unseen parts of ourselves. It’s not about being an artist or knowing how to paint/draw, but about allowing what lives within us to find expression through colour, texture, movement and form.
It’s a process of coming home… to the body, the breath, the truth that;s been waiting quietly beneath the noise. Through creativity, we begin to listen differently. We begin to see ourselves with softer eyes. We learn to release, to express… to reconnect.
As a Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapist, I hold space for this unfolding with tenderness and intention. Each session is an invitation… to explore what needs to be seen, to give voice to what has been silenced and to reconnect with your innate wisdom.
In this space, art becomes a mirror. Movement becomes language. Stillness becomes medicine.
And you… simply by showing up… begin the journey of coming home to yourself.
